OPPORTUNITY‍

Non-profit leader SF New Deal needed a comprehensive local-focused marketing and PR strategy to launch their Vacant to Vibrant project, supporting small business pop-ups in vacant storefronts to drive downtown revitalization.

WHAT WE DID

We created and executed marketing and PR strategy for the project launch, including digital and physical campaigns, large scale street advertisting, design and creative capture, and a comprehensive press campaign. 

IMPACT

The campaign resulted in curious crowds and positive media coverage, from local TV and outlets  to the NY Times. 17 pop-ups across 9 storefronts resulted in 7 new small business leases downtown.
